Blake and Keith Woolam are turning heads at UMI Motorsports Park with their very unique UMI Equipped Blazer. They were first introduced to autocross at last year’s King of the Mountain; it left an impact on this father-son duo, and they decided to build a racing machine of their own. They picked this classic 1972 Chevrolet Blazer, a unique selection for autocross, and got to work modifying it with a new engine and new suspension.

This race season, we have seen them at every UMI event, showcasing UMI’s truck products. We were first introduced to them at Muscle on the Mountain, where we were able to conduct an interview. At the Autocross Challenge, Blake and his Blazer led the pack of UMI-equipped trucks to the winner’s circle of the After Dark Speed Shootout. Blake took first place and won a ticket to this year’s King of the Mountain presented by Summit Racing. This means we will be seeing this awesome truck again this week at King of the Mountain!

Awesome job, Blake and Keith! Good luck at King of the Mountain!
