Weight equals horsepower, and UMI's direct bolt-in replacement K-member and lower A-arm kit reduces front-end weight by 25 lbs, allowing your existing horsepower to perform more efficiently. This kit is designed with strong dual-tube construction and high-strength features to endure street use, drag racing, and autocross. The K-member is made from CNC-machined 3/16" thick mild steel with a dual-tube lower section, featuring fabricated motor mounts for easy LSX engine installation. Both factory and aftermarket suspension components are securely supported by robust boxed mounting points.
The design accommodates stock springs and struts while providing additional clearance for aftermarket exhaust systems. The lower A-arms boast TIG-welded tubular construction, adjustable steering stops, and polyurethane bushings. Testing has shown this kit to be strong, reliable, and a significant enhancement for high-performance vehicles. It is available in powder-coated red or black finish and is proudly manufactured in Philipsburg, PA, USA.
Please note that if using Factory LS A/C, the A/C compressor will need to be relocated when using a UMI tubular K-member. An A/C relocation kit from www.kwikperf.com is recommended. The K-member is compatible with LS1 or Holley 302 oil pans and may not clear other oil pans. This kit can also be used with a factory SBC engine by omitting the LSX motor mount stands.

Our Sales team will either authorize or deny the request for return at its discretion. Any product returned without an issued RMA number will not be credited. All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery, be in new condition, be in original sealed packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the packaging. No exceptions. All products and their packaging must be in new and unopened condition. Products that have been altered, installed, or modified are not returnable. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
