90017L – Panhard Bar Roto-Joint End, ¾”-16 Left Hand Thread- GM F-Body & Ford

The fabricated Roto-Joint is designed as a replacement for spherical rod ends on UMI Performance panhard bars for the 1982-2002 Camaro/Firebird and 2005-Present Ford Mustang, as well as other brand panhard bars that use a ¾”-16 left hand threaded rod end. This Bushing end is made to replace worn out rod ends or those causing noise, simply by removing the old rod end and screwing in the Roto-Joint assembly. The Roto-Joint is fully assembled with a grease fitting, new jam nut, and clear zinc finish. The replacement bushing end features threads CNC machined from 4140 Chrome Moly steel, DOM tubing, and TIG welded for strength and durability. The Spanner Wrench is used for adjusting and disassembling Roto-Joints in UMI Performance products. It can tighten the adjusting ring to increase pressure on the delrin race inside the Roto-Joint, maintaining unrestricted movement. The Roto-Joint technology allows for 28 degrees of total rotation and improved traction, with a design that prevents suspension bind and reduces wheel hop. The Roto-Joint features a 4140 chrome moly, hard chrome plated spherical ball rotating in a delrin race for wear resistance and durability. The housing of the Roto-Joint is made of 4140 chrome moly threads and a CNC machined bushing holder TIG welded for strength. The Roto-Joint is adjustable and 100% rebuildable, with the ability to easily replace the delrin race when worn.
