PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This cross-member is a perfect solution for those looking to upgrade their transmission in their 98-02 Camaro or Firebird without any hassle. The integrated torque arm mount and provisions for mounting the TH400 transmission make installation a breeze. The built-in torque arm mount is compatible with both aftermarket and factory torque arms, with instant center adjustment for optimal performance.
Made from high-quality materials such as DOM mild steel tubing and 0.188” mild steel mounting plates, this cross-member is sturdy and reliable. It includes all necessary hardware for installation, with a 0.250” thick mild steel torque arm mount and new clam shell included.
This kit is also suitable for installing a TH350 transmission in a 93-02 F-Body, accommodating a stock style torque arm. The lightweight yet strong design saves weight over the stock unit and ensures vehicle ground clearance is maintained. Installation is easy and requires no drilling, cutting, or welding, utilizing existing holes for a perfect fit.
Please keep in mind that a solid one-piece polyurethane bushing is required for this product, as it will not work with the factory two-piece design. If using a stock torque arm with this relocation kit, an aftermarket polyurethane bushing must be purchased separately (Item #3004).

Flat Rate Shipping ($11.99) is only offered on Retail orders over $149 shipped via Ground in the Continental United States.

Return Information
All returns are subject to the authorization of UMI Performance, Inc. Please email [email protected] for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our Sales team will either authorize or deny the request for return at its discretion. Any product returned without an issued RMA number will not be credited. All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery, be in new condition, be in original sealed packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the packaging. No exceptions. All products and their packaging must be in new and unopened condition. Products that have been altered, installed, or modified are not returnable. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as the original shipping charges that UMI Performance may have incurred while shipping your order.
