Policies
Returns:All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of shipment and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, excluding all shipping cost. We will not except returns on items that have been installed, used or damaged. All items must be received in the original packing material and in the original condition as it was shipped. All damaged items from shipping will be refused. There are no refunds on shipping and handling charges and all items must be sent prepaid. All returned goods sent freight collect will be refused. If item is returned scratched, nicked or damaged in any way, the cost to repair or re-powder coat the item will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Items purchased through eBay are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover cost UMI Performance has encountered as an eBay seller. All sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS!
The returned package MUST include the following:
- Original packing slipWe will NOT accept returns or exchanges on any of the following:
- Completed return form on back of sales receipt
- All items in the original condition
- Sale ItemsShipping
- QA1 items
- Items that are not stocked in our facility
- Special order items--such as a special order powder coat
All items shipping in the US 48 states from UMI Performance will ship UPS and no other freight carrier. All shipping is to be pre-paid by the buyer. UMI Performance will not ship items under the buyers UPS account number. UPS next day air, 2nd day air and 3-day select is only available on items that are in stock at the time of order. Hawaii and Alaska shipments may ship US Postal Service if requested in advance, please e-mail sales@umiperformance.com for more information.
International Shipments:
UMI Performance is happy to offer shipping over seas on all of our items. The buyer is responsible for all shipping cost encountered and must be paid before shipping. We will ship international items either UPS or US Postal service, which ever the buyer shall choose. All US Postal Service shipments will ONLY ship Global Express 3-5 days. All international items will be fully insured and marked for the full value of the item--we will NOT mark any item as a “Gift”.
Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once a payment is received regardless of stock and availability. Please understand we are a custom manufacture and some orders are built upon order receipt.
Policy Revisions:
UMI Performance reserves the right to make any changes to our policies at any time without notice.
